Hari Dass Kaur (Biliana Angelova)

Hari Dass Kaur teaches Kundalini Yoga to individuals and groups in the Boston Metropolitan Area. Since 2010 she has taught at Kundalini Yoga Boston Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Born in Sofia, Bulgaria. Hari Dass grew up with a variety of yoga practices passed on from her mother and her grandfather. She also spent her early childhood in Thailand where her family was influenced by Buddhist culture. In 2004, she became interested in Kundalini Yoga, the yoga of “Awareness,” for its combination of pranayam, asana, mantra, mudra, meditation, and also for its ability to cut through the matters of the mind to create more balance in life as we move from finite consciousness to the consciousness of Infinity.

Hari Dass is devoted to yoga as a way of life, and she has a very strong personal daily yoga and meditation practice. With grace and perfect harmony, she blends her knowledge the human mind, body and spirit with her gift for teaching.

When she is not practicing or teaching, she serves as a child and family therapist through several local schools, or she can be found hiking, swimming, traveling, watching films or spending time with her 15 year old son, Nico.

Hari Dass completed the Yoga Alliance @-certified teacher training program for Kundalini in 2007 at the Baba Siri Chand Ashram in Millis, Massachusetts, She received a Masters of Arts degree in Education from Sofia Univeristy in Bulgaria in 1999, and a Master of Arts degree in Psychotherapy from Boston Graduate School of Pychoanalysis in 2004.
